We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB, and optionally Domain Driven Design (DDD) to join our dynamic development team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our innovative applications.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • 2. Implement GraphQL APIs to efficiently query and manipulate data, providing flexible and intuitive interfaces for frontend clients.
  • 3. Integrate with MongoDB and other data storage solutions to manage and store application data effectively.
  • 4. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, architects, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  • 5. Architect and design backend solutions that adhere to best practices, scalability principles, and performance optimization techniques.
  • 6. Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • 7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend applications to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • 8. Optimize backend processes and workflows to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • 9. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and development practices.
  • 10. Stay updated with the latest backend technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve system architecture and performance.
  • 11. Optionally, apply Domain Driven Design principles to model and organize complex domain logic effectively.
  • 12. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2. Proven experience working as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and MongoDB projects.
  • 3. Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security.
  • 4. Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs, including schema definition, resolvers, and data fetching strategies.
  • 5. Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • 6. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex backend issues effectively.
  • 8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 9. Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.
  • 10. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
  • 11. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • 12. Optionally, experience applying Domain Driven Design principles and practices is a plus.

As a React Native App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop mobile applications using React Native framework.
  • 2. Collaborate with designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
  • 3. Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • 4. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
  • 5. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • 6. Debug and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • 7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
  • 8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • 9. Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
  • 10. Contribute to improving development processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in React Native framework and its ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ syntax.
  • Experience with mobile app development including UI/UX design principles.
  • Understanding of GRAPHQL APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Solid understanding of mobile platform limitations and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
